JAS9 Winners Show Opening

Tonight the Boatworks hosted the opening reception of the JAS9 Winners Show, our annual exhibition of work by the winners of last year's Annual Juried Show.  The front room (above) had work from three of the artists:  ceramic art from Lauren Bellero, paintings from Sheilagh Casey, and pastels from Ellen Scharfenberg.  The back room (below) included three artists who all used photography as part of their process: Gary Dates, Robert S. Varcoe, and Joseph Villa

This exhibition includes about 70 artworks from the six artists, lots to see for anyone who comes to see it.  However, don't wait too long- the JAS9 Winners show ends on February 21st, so we can get the building cleaned up and ready for our 10th Anniversary Jersey Shore Juried Art exhibition.
